This project involved a 43,000-square-foot slab, constructed using over 2,000 cubic yards of concrete and 62 tons of rebar, ensuring a durable and long-lasting foundation. A standout feature was the 5,600-square-foot podium decking for the mezzanine, providing structural support for elevated spaces. The project also included an interior second-floor car ramp, showcasing our ability to deliver complex, functional designs.

Additional specialized features included alignment pits, quick tread pits, and trench drains, all designed to meet the unique operational requirements of the dealership. These components ensure the facility is equipped for precision automotive services and efficient workflow.
