Jamison Construction proudly completed the Arbor Place Storage project in Douglasville, GA, delivering high-quality concrete solutions for a large-scale storage facility (After photo coming soon). This 108,000-square-foot building was designed with durability and efficiency in mind, incorporating cast-in-place walls for added structural integrity.

The project included 36,000 square feet of slab-on-grade (SOG), providing a strong foundation for the facility. Additionally, two 36,000-square-foot elevated decks were constructed, showcasing our expertise in multi-level concrete work. A key feature of the project was the 780 linear feet of cast-in-place walls, which varied in height from 14 feet, stepping down to 4 feet, ensuring stability across the site.
