The facility includes a 55,000-square-foot slab, constructed using over 2,000 cubic yards of concrete and 60 tons of rebar to ensure a strong and durable foundation. A 144-foot Cast-in-Place Wall was engineered with precision to provide robust structural support. Additionally, the project featured a 340-foot insulated metal panel (IMP) curb for added durability and functionality. A key highlight was the 6,000-square-foot freezer slab, which incorporated 6-inch rigid insulation to maintain optimal temperature control, meeting the exacting standards of cold storage.
